Cant upload pictures in any browser. Get this error message “You browser doesn’t have Flash or HTML5 support. Check also if page have no JavaScript errors.” Deactivated and reactivated. Have Flash Player and no Script errors? Do not want to delete and re-install
It can be conflict with some other plugin. Try deactivate other plugins one by one to find conflicted plugin.
One of conflict plugin which get this error is “Contact Bank” plugin
I’m having this same problem and honestly I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating everything already.
Same here. Tested it in various (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Maxthon) browsers. I’m going to try reverting back to the previous version of WordPress until this is sorted out.
Temporarily solved the problem by reverting back to WordPress 3.8.3, which you will find here.
Follow this tutorial for more details on how to revert to an earlier WordPress.
Same problem here, but users should not have to revert to an earlier version of WordPress, since doing so will potentially cause problems with other plugins and features that are compatible with 3.9, not to speak of security vulnerabilities. Unfortunately, it seems this plugin is no longer compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Any plans to address the problem, or should one choose a different gallery plugin?
FWIW: some users of the latest version of NextGEN gallery (which incorporates no flash elements: “NextGEN Gallery uses Javascript (J-Query) based displays) are receiving essentially the same message:
“You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.”
Gmedia Gallery updated with whole new design and was rewritten from scratch. Backup before update. There is a lot of changes and if something goes wrong you will be able to revert back.
After update go to Manage Modules page and update modules to latest versions. Then edit each gallery to see if everything is alright and reSave them to update settings in database.
