Your (CODEASILY.COM) Contact-Form ist not working

Hello,

I want to buy the License for Premium Gmedia Modules and would like to get the “Discount Coupons”.
On the discount page it’s said, to contact you via the contact form with the informations required by you. But your contactform of codeasily.com ist not working: there is no possibility to enter a text (only to solve equations ;-))) ).
How can I contact you?
