Your server is not accessable by iOS application

My site is hosted on Cloudways. I’ve purchased and installed GMedia Premium and now I am trying to get it to work with the iOS app. However, following the instructions – it needs me to click the ENABLE button at the top of the iOS setting page but there doesn’t seem to be a button there. Instead, there is an error message: “Your server is not accessable by iOS application.” Screenshot attached.

For premium users, should I be sending these help requests through the plugin? I really need help with this. Thanks.

Fixed. Now you can access to your Gmedia Library via iOS app.
Thanks for providing credentials to your website WP Dashboard. I’ll also add this fix to the next plugin version.
