Can't find Flagallery in WordPress Plugin Directory

I installed Flagallery on one of my sites just last week. Now I’m trying to install it on a different website, but it doesn’t appear in the dashboard’s Add New Plugin page, or when I search the plugin directory on WordPress.org. The Get Free Plugin link on https://codeasily.com/wordpress-plugins/flag/ is also not working. What happened to the plugin?
