Create a gallery automatically

Hello!
I’ve done a page with all of galleries divided by state.

All of city have a different Album.
All of place\zone in the country have a Category.
All of images are divided also by tag, that are 3: a tag of the continent, a tag of country and place\zone

Is there a system to create a page like this automatically?
