ETA for pageination?

Hey there,
recently I had some problem with large Gmedia Galleries. I think Rattus posted a hint that he’s working on a system of pagination to ensure that not too much pictures are loaded in the same time.

Currently I have again a gallery of 700 pictures and again I need to split them at every 100st picture to ensure that the “mosaic” module loads them fine.

So now the question: Does someone know if pagination is still in work?

A little edit:
The problem of my big gallery is that it’s visible (all pictures appear) in the preview of the gallery’s settings but not if I place the shortcode on the desired page.

Little Hotfix for this situation:
Simply put the separated gallerys on one page with the shortcuts underneath each other. So the “viewing-experience” is not disturbed by switching to a new site.
