Galleries intermittent on Chrome

Using Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Galleries often load with no thumbnails
Also intermittent on edge.
Have been through my plugins one by one and disabled them in turn, with no luck

Edit: found this in my logs:

The problem could be in W3TC plugin. Try disable minify JS, CSS in it because it modifies gallery’s scripts and strip stylesheets.

Ah, could be cloudflare, ill try and disable this there. disabled the W3TC plugins during testing with no effect.
