I have the plugin installed and it works fine on the computer, but when I try to load it on my mobile devices (android and apple phones, ipad tablet) it does not display the gallery.
How can I fix this issue?

Perhaps there is some javascript error on the page with gallery. Can you post link to your gallery page?
This reply has been marked as private.I was right there is javascript error on the page, But I’ve no idea how to fix it. Try to disable plugins one by one and check if it helps. Start with Simply Instagram plugin.
This did not work.
I disabled plugins and it is still not working on mobile?I need this to work…it’s the last issue I have to resolve for the website to be finished.

Sorry for not answering long time. I’ve fixed your problem. The reason was you not filled Tab Name when creating gallery. Be careful next time please. I’ll fix this in next update, so users will be prompted about empty field.
Rattus, thanks in advance for your assistance. I’m having the same problem that dmorson had: the gallery doesn’t show on Apple or Android mobile devices, including phones and tablets.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
— updated the Gmedia Gallery plugin to v0.9.4
— added my own Tab Names, just in case the default “gmedia” tab name wasn’t cutting it
— deactivated all other plugins (using only 2 add’l plugins: WP eStore v7.0.2 and Jetpack v2.6.1)Link:
