License Not Activating

I just purchased this license and I’m sad it won’t activate.

It says:

connect() timed out!
Use Help Screen (top right button) for more info

What does this mean?

I did that, but now I am trying to use realslider, and i get the banner “built on gmedia gallery plugin” even after activating

I still get the dumb banner on the realslider even after doing the manual activation. If I can’t get this to work today, I want a refund for the license, as I am using a demo module anyway at this point

Post link to your gallery page, so I can see what key you have saved and why it is not working. Also can you post your email, so I can send you some screenshots with instructions if you can’t give me temporary access to your WP Dashboard.

Read careful email I’ve sent you. You should click “Help” button in top right corner -> Help panel will slide down -> choose License Key tab and click “Manual Activation” button. Then you’ll see additional fields for manual activating.

Perhaps, you click Activate button which is not working on your server due to some settings. Do the same steps as before to activate license manually and do not click Activate button in the future.
