I’m unable to update modules on your server. (550 permissions error). Everything other works well.
If you are unable to change the permissions, it is likely you do not own the files. Check the Owner/Group portion of the file to see who owns it. If it shows 99 or 0 for the owner, then nobody (99) or root (0) own the file rather than your user. You’d need to contact your host if you do not have access to root SSH to fix the file permissions to where you own the file(s).

I’ve changed the permission to the main user. As an administrator, you should be able to modify files& folders now.
But gmedia will change the permission as soon as you try to update a module. Gmedia changes the permession to PHP-User.

I’ve tried it on my own now, but I don’t see anything working.
    – Phantom module is setup correctly, but the gallery (id10) is NOT displayed on my portfolio.
    – unable to update premium modules (permission=PHP-User)
    – unable to update premium modules (permission=my own main server account).

Your theme add line breaks to shortcode contents and breaks js functionality. I’ve wrapped gmedia shortcode with [raw] shortcode to prevent this and now gallery works fine.
    More info here: http://ipanelthemes.com/kb/misc/wordpress/fixing-themes-custom-wpautop-priority/

Not all themes have [raw][/raw] shortcode built in, but yours have.
    Example:

    [raw][gmedia id=1][/raw]

Thanks, I would not have been able to fix this on my own.
I have had to change the permission to PHP-User to enable the image-upload.

    Hello

I’ve been using gmedia gallery on my site and it has been working great so far. Since I updated, the galleries on my site are only showing in mozilla firefox . I’m using Phanthom module. Everything seems to be ok in the backend, I tried making a new gallery but its not working.
Do you maybe know what can be the cause of this problems.

Link to my site Galleries: http://www.lorasrobas.com/gallery/

    Thanks

Thank You for Your offer to help. But please comprehend that I don’t like give anyone FTP or admin access. I can give You an Zip file with complete content of Grand-media-Folder under wp-content. Does it help You ?

I tried ones more to delete image datasets with missed image files, it isn’t possible (also after Update to 0.9.11)

    Best regards

    Bernd

    At Rattus,

Sorry, but after update to version 0.9.13. ist isn#t possible to delete anything out of the gallery. I reset Gmedia settings like You recommended to me, but it has no effects for this problem.

Ones more i extend You to send a zip-file with the complete grand-media folder under wp-content to clear the reasons for the problems.

    Thank You.

    Best regards

    I

The only problem I had was it uninstalled the Phantom module and after I found that out I just re-installed. It was working but I did loose my custom CSS that I had done.
