RattusKeymasterI’m checking my site every time after update plugins to see if there is no conflicts or errors.
Actually there is only one skin which support background music called Optima skin.
First you need create playlist on Music Box page. Then choose this playlist (on Music tab) when insert shortcode (use Flagallery button to insert shortcode). Also you should choose Optima skin.
You can also insert music playlist shortcode (copy it on Music Box page) to show mp3 player on page.
RattusKeymasterIt’s could be some of your security plugin.
RattusKeymasterTry remove it via hosting’s control panel. I believe this file forbid direct access to plugins folder, so Minima can’t load xml .php file and popup for inserting shortcode can’t be loaded too.
RattusKeymasterCan you give me temporary access to your WP admin, so I can try to solve your problem?
RattusKeymasterIt’s can be plugin conflict. Try deactivate other plugins one by one and check if it helps.
RattusKeymasterCheck if you have .htaccess file in wp-content folder and delete it or rename.
Switch skin to Minima. (Midnight skin may stop working on some servers and it is not supported anymore)
RattusKeymasterPost link to your gallery page.
RattusKeymasterGo to Gmedia Library -> Select all media files -> click Action dropdown and choose “Update Metadata in Database”.
Be sure you have latest version of plugin.
RattusKeymasterThere is no option to resize images. Plugin automatically resizes them on upload to max size 1600×1600 (web-optimised images) and original images saved to separate folder
RattusKeymasterGo to Gmedia Library -> click Action button to Enter Edit Mode or click arrow button and in drop menu click “Enter Edit Mode” -> change titles for images (all fields saves automatically after you click outside the input field).
To exit edit mode click Action button again or choose “Exit Edit Mode” from drop menu.
RattusKeymasterDone. Plugin updated to latest version.

RattusKeymasterIn Phantom module when you open big image the title shows at the top of image and description at the bottom of image. There is no option to change description position (it is requires modifying module files). If you don’t want to show image title, then just edit image and empty title in Gmedia library.
