You should enter to Edit Mode in Gmedia Library (click Action button to do this). To add cover for music file just fill the “Cover” field with image ID or image URL. It is recomended to use image ID for Cover field.

Well, some of your server settings block loading php files from plugin folder, that’s why you see 404 page and gallery skin display error.
If it is not .htaccess file, then try ask your hosting or your developer to solve this problem.

Check if you have .htaccess file in wp-content folder. This file can block direct access to plugin’s php files.
Rename it or delete. Also try activate another skin.

Try go to Flagallery Options page -> Gallery Options tab -> find “jQuery gallery script” and set it to PhotoSwipe -> Save changes

Your theme’s content maximum width is 550px. So you should set width for gallery to 550 or less. Or you can set width 100%, so skin will be with maximum allowed width.
Ask your theme’s developer to increase content’s container width for you.

To choose few galleries in popup hold CMD button on Mac or CTRL on Windows and mouse left click.
Insert Media links is for inserting images, but not galleries.

Seems like you’ve manually delete some images from Gmedia Library via FTP. This is wrong, because you left records in database, so plugin think that files are there and give you errors.
That was not easy but I’ve fixed Gmedia Library on your WordPress. Clear your browser cache before checking.

If you want to show gallery with categories in it, then you should create few galleries on Manage Galleries page and, when insert shortcode to Post just select few galleries or select “all”.

images in Flagallery plugin are not related to some user. Only galleries have author field.
