Seems like the only way to fix it is editing theme’s JS file: “/wp-content/themes/themify-ultra/themify/js/main.js”

Fixed: few bugs and conflicts with other plugins.
@Susana: I’ve checked your site on mobile and all galleries works fine.There are few JS errors on the page caused by some plugin which minify JS files. Try to play with settings of your cache plugin and disable minification of JS files.

I’ve asked you to send me link to your gallery page, where I can see “images cut in half”, so I could understand what is wrong. Just post the link to your website gallery page here on the forum.
@Susana: I can’t see any problem on your site:
The only thing is that FancyBox plugin adds own lightbox bellow Phantom’s lightbox. Try go to Gmedia Modules admin page and update Phantom to the latest version.
