Try go to Gmedia Settings -> Other Settings -> tick “Enable Gmedia admin panel Isolation Mode” -> Save
Be sure you have latest version of PhotoMania module. Go to Gmedia Modules page and update modules to latest versions.
Then post a link to the page where galleries not work for you.I’ve plan to add also module settings button near the “choose default module”, so you can set also default settings for the chosen module. But for now you should choose preset while insert shortcode if you want custom settings.
To easily create Query Args. click on “Build Query” button above “Query Args.” field -> in popup you could create from very simple to very complicated query with a few clicks.

Go to Gmedia Modules and update it to the latest version. Note: to see Min/Max Columns fields you should set “Columns” field to 0.Order fixed. Also I’ve updated metadata for videos, so now length shows for all videos.
The fix also added to new version of Gmedia (v.1.8.23).Can you describe more clear? What is “refresh” button? It works for me on all of my websites. Maybe you’ll give me access to your WP Dashboard, so I can try to fix problem on your side?
Update Gmedia to v1.8.22. It should fix the order.
The update will add to query args:&order=ASC&orderby=gmedia__inautomaticallyBe sure you have latest version of Gmedia. Go to edit gallery and above “Query Args.” field click on Build Query button -> in popup select parameters for query and click Build Query button at the bottom of popup.
