Go to Gmedia Library -> select images by clicking on thumbnail -> in Action menu choose “Move to Album..” -> in popup select Album or type to create new album and click Assign Album button. Note you can also choose “No album” from the dropdown and click Assign Album to remove selected items from their albums.

Go to edit Phantom gallery and on Common Settings set Thumbnails Columns to what you need. Also you should set Max-Height parameter. Without Height columns will not work. You can set it to some large number, if you do not want scrollbar on thumbnails section.

Your theme wrap gallery with div less size and bottom part of gallery becomes hidden, specially if gallery height is too high.
Try go to edit gallery and set “Max-height” for gallery (about 500-700) or “Set height manually” to fit your needs.

Even if you change few rows in module source files you’ll lost these changes after each plugin update.
