There is no gallery on the page and widget is not working because it can’t get list of images from galleries. Be sure you choose galleries (album) in widget and galleries are not draft and there are at least 2 images in each gallery which are public too.

Click “Screen Options” button on top right corner of this page and try different uploader options.
If not help then its could be some server restrictions and I can’t answer you without FTP access.

Go to Gmedia Modules page and update modules to latest versions

“i” sign means that image have caption. Tap once on image to see/hide caption on mobile devices.
To change button size go to edit gallery -> Advanced Settings and add this to Custom CSS:

.gmPhantom_LightboxNav_CloseBtn span { font-size: 1.1em; }

Note: this will change button size on desktop and mobile browsers. Set less number for smaller button size (default is 1.2em)

Update to latest version (v4.20) -> go to Flagallery Iframe page -> build url for gallery and use it for you lightbox.

If shortcode not work – its could be conflict with your theme (or bad coded theme) or conflict with some other plugin.

There is a lot of changes in Gmedia since version 0.9.6. Plugin was rewritten from scratch and update process is very hard and painful. Unfortunately I can’t control update process on each different server.
The last error you’ve post can be fixed with update all Gmedia Modules to latest versions. Go to Gmedia Modules page and update modules.

Try replace Thickbox plugin with some alternative: Fancybox, Colorbox, etc.

Phantom was available for Flagallery some time ago, but now it is exclusive for Gmedia Gallery plugin.
Afflux and Phantom modules are free in Gmedia Gallery plugin.

I’ve checked on Ubuntu Firefox and it is not playing, but on Ubuntu Chrome works fine. The problem could be in Firefox for Linux or in jPlayer library I’m using in this module.
