IDevices and other mobile devices don’t support flash, so you see alternative jQuery gallery like thumbnails grid.
Unfortunately, audio files now supported only by Optima module and Music Player module. Flash modules are not very customizable except colors. There are other modules which have Fit/Fill setting, but not the Minima module.

Also can you say if demo gallery on this site works for you?To import images from WordPress go to Gmedia -> WP Media Library -> select images you want to import -> in Action menu choose Import -> in pop up window select other parameters like albums, tags -> click Import button.
This is alternate gallery for browsers without flash support. Be sure you have installed adobe flash player in your browser.
It’s could be plugins conflict or if Gmedia plugin corrupted. Try download zip from wordpress repository and rewrite plugin folder via FTP.

Oh, my bad. Banner skins uses images from WP Media Library and WordPress does not allow empty titles for media.
