RattusKeymasterBe sure that status of pictures and albums are not “Draft”. Also if status is “Private” then only logged in users can see them.
Check if album or tag you trying to show in gallery have images.
If everything is good but still says “No supported files” then I need temporary access to your WordPress Dashboard, so I could try to solve your problems.
RattusKeymasterI can add localhost url to your purchase, so you’ll get separate license key for localhost. I’ve already fixed plugin for PHP v5.2, so it should work fine on your website. License key only removes backlinks (labels) from premium modules, you’ll not get separate premium plugin or additional options after purchase.
RattusKeymasterThanks for informing. Fixed in Phtotbox v0.9. Go to Gmedia Modules page and update to the latest version.
RattusKeymasterOK, then I need temporary access to your WordPress Dashboard, so I can see what is the problem.
RattusKeymasterBe sure that ‘plugins/flagallery-skins/’ folder and subfolders are writable and there is no .htaccess file in wp-content directory.
RattusKeymasterNope, custom cover available only for non image (mp3, video, etc.)
RattusKeymasterI opened all links you’ve post in first message and all galleries works fine for me. Did you resolve your problems?
RattusKeymasterDid you try temporary disable other plugins? It’s could be plugins conflict.
RattusKeymasterIf image does not have title and description “i” button will be hidden.
To quick empty titles and descriptions go to Gmedia Library -> filter by album or tag images that used in gallery -> select all -> in Actions menu choose “Batch Edit” -> set Title to empty and Description to empty -> Save.
RattusKeymasterFlash modules was ported from Flagallery plugin and all flash modules have the same alternative grid gallery which shows on devices without flash player support. If you need the same look on all browsers and devices you should use javascript madules, like Phantom, RealSlider, Mosaic…
RattusKeymasterDid you try temporary disable all other plugins? Reinstall Flagallery plugin?
RattusKeymasterThe problem was in theme’s CSS rule which overrides height for all image tags, video tags and object tags. This rule sets height to ‘auto’.
I’ve removed ‘object’ from this rule, so now it works fine. However if you update theme in the future the problem returns. So you better contact theme developer and ask to remove “height: auto !important” for objects.
RattusKeymasterCan you post link to your gallery page and maybe give me access to your WordPress Dashboard, so I can try to solve your problems?
RattusKeymasterOk, as I see the problem is that the height for gallery is wrong and can’t be calculated automatically (probably, because of some javascript error on the page). Go to edit gallery -> Common Settings tab -> check “Set height manually” and enter height in pixels (for example 500) -> Save changes.

RattusKeymasterSeems like your server restrict direct access to plugin’s php files. Check if there is hidden .htaccess file in wp-content folder and delete it.
