It is preferred to use built in WordPress js libraries in themes and plugins, so you’ll know that they are up to date.
Update your theme to use built in WordPress jQuery v1.11.1Try go to Gmedia Settings page -> Other Settings tab -> check “Raw output for Gmedia Shortcode” -> Save changes
Some themes reformat shortcode’s code and break it functionality (mostly when you add description to images). Turning this on should solve this problem.
Did you see gallery in Preview area when edit it? If not be sure that Albums or Tags you choose for gallery have images.
If gallery not shows only on front page, then it’s could be some javascript error. Post a link to your gallery page, so I can say more.Oh, forgot about line 270. Did you clear browser cache? Try on different cloud page… maybe it’s server’s cache.

Library is the place where you can see all available uploaded files, edit them, sort and filter by type, author or collection.
Each file can be only in one Album and have multiple tags. Also static category can be assigned to images.
In latest version I’ve added Custom Filter builder where you can create dynamic collections based on multiple parameters.The problem could be in javascript error on the page called by other plugin or theme. Post link to your gallery page.
It’s could be plugins conflict. Try temporary disable other plugins. If not helps then I need access to your WordPress Dashboard, so I could test and try to fix your problems.

Go to Dashboard -> Gmedia Modules page -> update modules to latest versionsGmedia Gallery requires the GD or ImageMagick PHP extension. Please contact your hosting provider to enable them. Without GD or ImageMagick images can’t be processed. Also check if you have enough PHP Memory Limit on your server (at least 128Mb).
