Access to the server using C-panel ok? If so how do you want me to supply the access codes please?

    Rattus,
That’s 7 days ago I posted this response. Any answer now would be welcome.

Thanks Rattus. Actually, I have set the network default in the network settings at a high enough level to accept my videos. I have an archive of videos larger than 50MB already on the network. I did have the problem in the past and worked out that settings issue. I am attaching a screenshot showing one of this archive. This is why I am at a loss because when I previously had the issue of video upload size a message appeared saying “File exceeds limits” but now, as in the screenshots of my orginal message, I am seeing “Upload completed”.

I have considered the issue of this being a server issue at my end but my other sites which are stand alone on the same server are loading the video no problem. So this seems like something specific to the network. If you have any insight I would be very grateful.

Dear Rattus, I have resolved this issue. The problem was connecetd to the fact that I had my GMedia open in several tabs. Once I reduced down to one tab the problem disappeared. Thanks anyway. jack.

I am having an issue with photomania gallery. I have uploaded .png images in GMedia Library, created an album into which they have been gathered and then created a gallery. On my web site though, I am getting “No Supported Files in Gallery”. They are there in the library and there in the album, so can you please advise where I may have gone wrong. many thanks. jack.

Thanks for the offer Rattus but I have managed to sort my own solution out here. The Phantom gallery just lost every connection to the albums. I have just spent two hours going through and switching the galleries to Photomania. That works ok and the other galleries appear to work so at my end it is just Phantom. As this looks like an issue with the plugin update, taking a lead from SofieMarie, I am happy for you to leave me and do your own thing. If it would help to have access to mt dashboard then say so and I will assist. To be honest this was a complete pain in the arse on a Saturday night but hey, shit happens. I am using GMedia for free, it has worked well for me and I am happy with it. The fact you came back and offered support, well that’s good to. Gives me the confidence to look at upgrading this plugin now. Thanks for the support. jack.

Rattus, I have just updated GMedia on my 2016 theme after seeing an update showing. Once updated all of my galleries (Phantom) which is 95% of the site have lost their connection to the albums. Checked the albums and they are all still fine. In the galleries there are no images showing but the album address is there. Tried building another album and then selecting it in a gallery but no go. Pretty tired now as 3 days of work has just disappeared. Any pointers here would be so gratefully received.
