Unfortunately, it’s forbidden by Adobe flash player policy. Try use GRAND Pages – full window gallery pages.
Go to Gmedia Manage Galleries… -> find created gallery with ID=1 and click Edit icon in last column -> open Advanced Settings Tab -> insert css code and Save
Note: there is new version of Phantom Module available. To update modules go to Manage Galleries… page -> Available Modules tab and click module’s update button.the link you’ve post is broken now, so I can’t test gallery on IE, but I think it’s because of jQuery conflict.

If not Check the permissions of upload folder (hosting can update server settings without prompt) and finally try to download latest version of wordpress and replace all files via FTP.
So, when you deactivate Flagallery, then all is working well?
You’ll not loose any data if just deactivate and reactivate plugins. But you will know which plugin cause the problem.Sorry, I can’t clear understand what problem you have.

Did you update other plugins? Try disable other plugins one by one. It’s could be plugins conflict.I can see gallery created with Optima Module. Did you solve your problem?
Also Gallery will not work on mobile devices, because your theme uses old jQuery verion 1.5.2. Update your theme to load latest jQuery version (1.10.2), so plugins will work properly.Go to Gmedia Library page -> find audio file you want to edit -> click Edit icon in Actions column -> near Preview ID field click search icon -> choose image from Gmedia Library -> Save
It is fully responsive. Phantom Lightbox can fit any window size (even when you resize browser window) and it also perfectly fits to screen of touch devices.
I don’t understand “the grid is situated at the bottom of the page”?
