go to edit Album -> set “Order gmedia” to ‘Custom Order’ -> click Update button.

Now you can Drag’n’Drop images in the album to reorder them. Order saves automatically after you drop the item.

1) Unfortunately, I can’t add “all” to that list, because WordPress built these lists automatically. Perhaps, there is some way to do it, but it’s require further investigation and coding.

Try go to Gmedia Settings -> Other Settings -> check “Enable Gmedia admin panel Isolation Mode” checkbox -> Save

If not helps, try temporary disable other plugins to exclude plugins conflict.

Because of PhantomPro has pagination, but you want to show only 1 thumbnail, then you should set Limit when Build the Query.
Also the limit should be equal “Items Per Page”. See screenshot for example:

If you talk about Phantom module then you can go to edit gallery -> check “Thumbnail to Link” checkbox on Common Settings tab.
