Sorting pictures in an “album”:
Gmedia Gallery -> Albums, Tags… -> (Choose album to edit by clicking on album title or “Edit”) -> Action –> “Enable Drag and Drop Sorting” -> Update -> (drag and drop your images into the order you want) -> Update
kosisParticipantThanks for adding this feature; very helpful.
kosisParticipantThanks for the response and the suggestion. The non-breaking space works fine.
I did not think to use it because WordPress does not strip the empty lines on an iPad, so I thought it was a responsive issue that might be fixed in the plugin itself.
Thanks again, as always.kosisParticipantThanks for the fix (also for the swift response).
kosisParticipantSorry: WordPress 4.0
kosisParticipantSorry, I did not notice this until a couple of days ago; my fault. I though the module fix would not happen until the full gmedia update.
But thanks so much for the fix; the thumbnails definitely look better. I appreciate you getting to it so quickly.kosisParticipantYou’re right, it does now seem to work. I’m unsure what caused the intermittency (only with that one gallery), but I now cannot reproduce it. So much the better.
Thanks again.kosisParticipantI’m currently troubleshooting my own system and iPad on this issue; the problem may well be on my end, not the plugin’s. I’ll let you know.
kosisParticipantI spoke a bit too soon. Minima module + multiple albums is inconsistent. Some albums render correctly, some do not. Could you have a look?

Thanks.
kosisParticipantFixed in 1.2.4. Many, many thanks for getting to it so quickly.
kosisParticipantThanks for the response from me as well. I was unsure (one of the mp3s I imported from FlaGallery imported the image as well, but I was unsure how).
kosisParticipantI’m not entirely sure (the plugin author will need to confirm), but the basic principle is that when you upload your album art (Add/Import Files), you assign it to the same tag or album as your song mp3; Gmedia will then automatically assign the thumbnail to that mp3.
I say I’m not entirely sure because I’ve only used “album” as the assignment destination. I assume it will also work with tags.kosisParticipantThanks; the sooner the better, since it’s essentially non-functioning as it is.
BTW I was suprised to see this happen, since elsewhere you recommend lazy-load plugins.
Anyway, thanks for responding; looking forward to the fix.kosisParticipantThank you for the response and the explanation, and for planning a fix. I’m certainly willing to be patient.
Thanks again.kosisParticipantRegarding number 3 above:
“(3) Thumbnail editing/cropping function;”
You responded:
“(3) Cropping function is not need in Gmedia Gallery plugin it uses scaled images (not hard cropped) with max size 300×300”The thumbnails in my new GreenStyle Pro gallery, however, are focused (1) way too close on the images and (2) not really on the correct portion of the images. So all one sees in the thumbnails are indistinct portions of the images that are too close to identify.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
