Perhaps your theme css override some styles for Music Player. Post link to the page with player and which browser you’ve use, so I can tell more.

To change skin options:

• Go to Skins page
• Find skin you want to change
• Click options link
• In popup window change skin settings to fit your site
• Save Changes and close popup window.

Update plugin to the latest version and activate license key.
In older version versions after activation you need Save settings.

I can see only 15 images and no errors or progress bar.
Try clear browser cache.

Can you send me FTP access to your second site, so I can look closer on your problem (tomorrow)?

Note: when gallery runs first time or if there are no thumbnails created for some added images, then you’ll see progress bar as on screenshot (creating thumbnails).
If you chage thumbnail size in module settings you’ll see progress bar again, because new thumbnails need to be created. More images will take more time to generate thumbs.

The first site is working. Here is screenshot

But on second site there is error loading gmedia assets:
Failed to load resource /wp-content/plugins/grand-media/inc/load-styles.php?c=1&load=2,3
Failed to load resource /wp-content/plugins/grand-media/inc/load-scripts.php?c=1&load=2,3

Check if you have .htaccess file in wp-content directory and delete it or rename.
If not, then problem is in some server’s settings which restrict direct access to php files in plugins directory.

wow, this is a lot of photos in one gallery :)
gallery can’t run because there is javascript error on the page:

Fix this error and you’ll see the gallery. I’ve ran gallery on the page manually and see that there are 794 photos in the gallery. Note: when gallery runs first time or if there are no thumbnails created for some images, then you’ll see progress bar as on screenshot below (creating thumbnails). If you chage thumbnail size in module settings you’ll see progress bar again, because new thumbnails need to be created. More images will take more time to generate thumbs.

If you mean black thumbnail instead of image, then there are 2 reasons:
1) image could be broken, so thumbnail is not created.
2) if big image is loads but thumb is black, then upload image less size or increase PHP Memory Limit on your server (you can do it in hostings control panel) and create new thumbnail for image in admin area.

There is no option to switch between flash gallery and alternative gallery, but if you just want to see how it looks on desktop browser without flash you can disable flash player in your browser and reload page with gallery.
For Chrome Browser: open chrome://plugins/ and click disable Adobe Flash Player plugin.

Unfortunatelly, Android and iOS not support flash and alternative grid gallery shows up instead.

I’ve checked your gallery page and there is no javascript files loaded for gmedia gallery.
Did you remove shortcode from page?
You can create wordpress admin user for me and send login password via contact form or to gmediafolder[at]gmail.com, so I can look closer on your problem.
