It works for me, but it shows alternative JS gallery insted of flash gallery. Go to Skins page -> click Minima Options link -> at the end of options list uncheck “Show Alternative JS Gallery instead of Flash” checkbox and Save Changes.

If image has description then “Info” button appears in top right corner of the Minima skin.

Music player based on adobe flash and mobile devices not support flash, so it shows just list of songs titles with html5 players. This is not a bug, just mobile devices do not support flash.
If desktop browser have no installed flash player or if it disabled you’ll see the same as on mobile device (like on screenshot you’ve post above)

It works for me on both browsers, but I can see there is JS error on the page generated by theme. Try to fix it or ask theme’s developer to fix it and maybe this resolve your problem:

I’ve checked in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Labels shows for me in admin panel when edit gallery. Maybe on frontend some problems? Send me link to the page with gallery where labels or tooltips not work.

Seems like you have CSS conflict with some other plugin which print own CSS on Skins page (I don’t know why some developers add css and javascript on every admin page.. this is wrong and break others plugins).
If you give me access to your WordPress admin I can try to resolve this conflict and add fix to next plugin update.
