RomanromanskiParticipantHi Alex, thanks for a quick reply.
Here’s the link: http://owlmountain.ca/gmedia-gallery/tropics-gallery/
Let me know if you need access to my WP dashboard
And for number 2, yes I also figured that would be a solution.cheers
RomanromanskiParticipantThanks man, really appreciate it!
By the way, can you take a look at the question I had in my previous post: https://codeasily.com/community/topic/album-cover-photo/
Any chance we will be able to use album cover photo on a page or post? When we insert a short code for an album on a page, it shows all the photos of that album in a grid.
It would be nice to add just cover photo of the album and clicking on that photo would then open a new page with all the photos. This way we could create a nice landing page with several albums shown as their cover page photoromanskiParticipantBumping my question to Rattus,
Any progress on displaying cover photos for albums?
romanskiParticipantThanks Rattus,
The code worked perfectly. But I didn’t add it to the style.css file. Instead I pasted it to the “Additional CSS” windows under Apperance, Edit CSS. I’m using a childe theme of Twenty Seventeen, it was much easier than going to my cPanel and finding the right file.
If or when you update your Gmedia plugin to incorporate this change, will I have to remove this code from there? Thanks again,
cheers
RomanromanskiParticipantHi Ratus,
thanks for a quick response. One of my galleries is here: http://owlmountain.ca/pl/moje-fotografie/canada/toronto-czerwiec-2016/#!
Let me know if you need admin access to my Dashboardcheers
RomanromanskiParticipantThanks Rattus, will do and no big deal.
romanskiParticipantThanks for the quick reply
romanskiParticipantThanks Ratus for a quick answer. A while back a posted another question here.
Could you please take a look?cheers
RomanromanskiParticipantHi EJ,
It should be very straightforward, in GMedia click the album to enter the edit mode. On the edit album screen you will see an “Order Media” button in the top right. Click the drop down box and choose “Custom Order”.
Click “Update” button at the bottom and now you can re-arrange the photos just by dragging them to a new place.
Hope this helps.cheers
RomanromanskiParticipantWill do shortly, definitely!
romanskiParticipantThanks man!
Works like a charm.romanskiParticipantHi Rattus,
Could you also add the “Link Target” option to Phantom Pro module?
That’s the one I’m currently using.Appreciate it, cheers
RomanromanskiParticipantWow!!! Thank you for such a quick response. Your willingness to help and support level is exceptional.!
romanskiParticipantI just purchased the GMedia plugin and am very happy with it.
I do hope that the Album cover image will work with all types of media (photography specifically) and not only for Music Player, very soon.
Thank you Rattus for a detail explanation on how to accomplish this with your work-around.
One addition that would be very useful is to have a tick box that would allow displaying the album in the Link URL field in a new browser tab.cheers
