RattusKeymasterLicense key will remove label “built with GmediaGallery” from all current and future premium Gmedia Modules.
RattusKeymasterPhantom module in the latest version of plugin support html5 video (mp4, webm), music (mp3, ogg), pdf files, images. All other types of files just will be downloaded when visitor click the thumbnail.
RealSlider supports more types of video, but not music.
I’ve started update modules with new features, like comments and support of other file formats, so be patient and wait for modules update if you need one of premium module.February 22, 2016 at 18:01 in reply to: something went wrong with database after database update to 1.8.0.5 #6577
RattusKeymaster@roymckrank:
Contact me via Contact page and send me access to your WP Dashboard.
RattusKeymasterjQuery gallery script is only for mobile devices.
You should switch to another skin (for example Minima skin) at Flagallery Skins page.
If you use skin parameter in shortcode, then you need edit page and fix shortcode:
remove ‘skin=default’ in shortcode or change to ‘skin=minima_jn’
RattusKeymasterSeems like you use old Midnight skin for your galleries. Switch skin to Minima, which is the same as Midnight, but it uses JSON technology instead of XML.
Midnight skin is not supported anymore. Also I recommend you to go to Flagallery Options page -> Gallery Options tab -> switch “jQuery gallery script” field to “PhotoSwipe” which is more nicer on mobile devices.
RattusKeymasterGo to Gmedia Settings page -> Roles/Capabilities Manager tab -> set to Subscriber next fields: “Gmedia Library”, “Upload Media Files”.
Choose and set other fields to subscriber if you want any of other features be available for Subscriber role.
RattusKeymasterI think it is not secure to allow any visitor to upload files.
It is possible to allow upload for subscriber in Gmedia Gallery, but not for guests.I’ll think about adding some upload form for frontend in the future.
RattusKeymasterBe sure that GmediaService is active on Mobile Application page of Gmedia Gallery plugin.
Post link to your website, please.
RattusKeymaster@Jörg:
Contact me via Contact page, so I’ll send you updated version of PhotoTravlr module and you tell me if it will work with your theme.
When I tried to contact you with your registered email I receive “Mail Delivery Failed”
RattusKeymasterFixed in Gmedia Gallery version 1.8.06. Install it -> in Gmedia Settings -> Other Settings tab choose option what to do with DB records and files -> Update settings -> deactivate and uninstall plugin.

RattusKeymasterCan you give me access to your WP Dashboard, so I can try to solve your problem? You can post credentials here in private reply or via Contact page.
RattusKeymasterPreinstalled modules, which are comes with the plugin placed in
‘/wp-content/plugins/grand-media/module/’ folder
and whole plugin folder replaces with every update.Installed via Gmedia admin modules placed outside of plugin folder in
‘/wp-content/grand-media/module/’ folder. If you are manually install / upload module via FTP, you should upload it to
‘/wp-content/grand-media/module/’, so after plugin update installed modules will be in safe.February 17, 2016 at 00:00 in reply to: Lightbox in Phantom gallery totally changed after update #6542
RattusKeymasterBut the new version is much better. There is a lot of new options added which you can disable (because comments feature may not work properly with all themes).
Anyway I’ve added old version of Phantom to Available Modules list, so you can go to Gmedia Modules page and install it (scroll to the very bottom to find it). After that you can change module for each gallery.
RattusKeymasterCan you give me access to your website, so I can try to solve this problem and maybe add some fix to plugin for servers like yours?
Also you can try to disable other plugins before update to exclude any conflicts.
RattusKeymasterTry update now to version 1.8.02
