Be sure that:
1) all galleries listed in shortcode, like [flagallery gid=2,3,1,4 name=Gallery] or [flagallery gid=all name=Gallery] or if it’s GRAND Page just check galleries you want to show
2) Galleries are not in draft mode (you can see that on Manage Galleries page)
3) Galleries have at least 1 image and it’s viewable for public, but not only for logged in users (uncheck checkbox in last column when edit gallery)If you still have problem create temporary admin user for me, so I can login and try to fix your problem.
I need FTP access to your server, so I can test plugin uploader and fix the problem in future version.
I need you to insert shortcode on the page, so I can see if there is some errors. Of course better if you create account for me… in this way your problem will be fixed faster.
Sorry for not answering long time. I’ve fixed your problem. The reason was you not filled Tab Name when creating gallery. Be careful next time please. I’ll fix this in next update, so users will be prompted about empty field.

I was right there is javascript error on the page, But I’ve no idea how to fix it. Try to disable plugins one by one and check if it helps. Start with Simply Instagram plugin.
Perhaps there is some javascript error on the page with gallery. Can you post link to your gallery page?
Your theme is using ajax for loading content without full page refresh. When it loads with ajax – some gallery scripts will not work correctly, because scripts fires after full page load. That’s why it works after page refresh.
Actually, it works for me – it opens image in popup, but ‘next’, ‘previous’ and ‘pause’ buttons not working.
The only solution is to disable ajax in your theme.
P.S.: I also noticed that ‘/wp-content/themes/central/js/ajax.min.js’ display error:TypeError: $j(...).attr(...) is undefinedI’ve checked Purchase page and it works fine for me. Maybe problem is in your browser. Can you try different browser, please?
If you want images sort randomly each time the page loads you can set Random Order when edit gallery.
As I said your theme’s css: /wp-content/themes/sensitive/style.css
override the height of gallery on line 1331.
Edit file on line 1331 and removeheight: auto;property
