You should contact Woocommerce plugin support, as an error comes from their plugin.

The problem is not in Gmedia, but in the WC plugin. It shows you Fatal Error only when Gmedia active because you have enabled “Debug Mode” in Gmedia Settings. When Gmedia is deactivated there is still Fatal Error on the page but it is just not displayed (you can see it only in error_log file of your server).

Gmedia Gallery plugin is free and available at WordPress Plugins Directory: https://wordpress.org/plugins/grand-media/

All modules can be installed via Gmedia Modules admin page after you install Gmedia Gallery plugin.

If you want all your albums and categories shows with the Cubik module by default then go to Gmedia Settings page -> Other Settings tab -> set “Choose default module” option to Cubik.

Can you post a link to your gallery page, so I can look closer at your problem.

You can set thumbnail size for the grid right in the skin/module settings: go to the “Thumb Grid General” section and set thumbnail size to fit your needs.

Also you can do it for bulk of images in Action dropdown -> Batch Edit

Hello, what do you mean “customize”? Each module have it’s own settings which you can customize when edit the gallery.

To enable comments on image post you must enable commenting option in WordPress Settings. Also be sure that Comments are Open for image in Gmedia Library too.

There will be another gallery module which will fit all your needs from 1 and 2.

the max size of the thumbnail is 400px, so if you set in Phantom columns 400px or wider, then the thumbs could look blurry. Try different gallery modules to fit your needs, some of the modules load larger web optimized images instead of thumbnails if there are larger thumbnail container than thumbnail itself.

Try place the localization files in the plugin languages folder normally under wp-content. The full path would be /wp-content/languages/plugins/grand-media-de_DE.mo

This is just another gallery where in the Query Builder we’ve chosen only tags.
